90 Second Reviews Released!
Brooklyn Friends Upper School's Bridge Film Festival Club has released the first in a series of "90 Second Reviews" of past BFF entries. The club members screened and evaluated films based on official BFF criteria, then wrote, filmed and posted reviews on the BFF YouTube channel. Catherine Clark, the faculty advisor for the club, says, "It always amazes me how much I learn from the insightful and direct perspectives of the students." According to Bloom's Taxonomy, the highest level of learning objectives is evaluating and creating. Thus, the Bridge Film Festival encourages students in Friends learning institutions worldwide to create and submit a 90 Second Video Review of a past BFF film to the Bridge Film Festival. You may even want to enter your review into the new media category of this year's Festival--but be careful! It may be reviewed too!
