Quaker Youth Leadership Conference 2016 Presentation

Once again the QYLC was a memorable, eventful and yes, spiritual occasion exemplifying what Quaker education is all about. If you have the opportunity (and the gumption), it's an experience to be witnessed.
Planning for this midwinter conference can be tricky at best and this year was no exception. There was an unexpected all-day snow storm that radically altered the schedule of events. But with a dedicated group of student and faculty organizers of Lincoln School and Moses Brown School and with the spirit and determination of all the participants, everything worked out almost as it was meant to be.
Above are some images from the conference that focus primarily on the activity in Providence Friends Meeting House located on the Moses Brown School campus. After snowing all day the sun peaked out from the clouds casting a golden shine on the tree tops. Below is the playlist from the BFF presentation that focused on the conference theme of (in) Equality and beneath that is a playlist of short reports about the conference made my myself and Brooklyn Friends School students.
Next year the Quaker Youth Leadership Conference 2017 will be hosted by Mary McDowell Friends School, Brooklyn Friends School and Friends Academy
